  • Devised a self-serve Partner Portal aimed at elevating partner experience. Enabled partners to engage with Capify seamlessly and monitor the advancement of every shared lead.
  • Enabled partners to efficiently finalize all necessary documentation via Salesforce's Experience Cloud. Developed seamless synchronization of application data directly into Capify's Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Facilitated partner interaction from eBroker, Lending Express, Lend etc, by leveraging Salesforce Experience Cloud and web services, complete with rigorous security protocols, a consistent format, and specified data prerequisites.
  • Implemented a robust lead management and assignment system to keep track of incoming leads across multiple channels such as website, email, aggregators or lead partners.
